For Properties

A resident amenity that pays you every month.

We install and run EV chargers at your property. You pay nothing. You earn a monthly check. Your residents get an amenity that most student housing still doesn't have.

$0 to install. $0 to maintain. $0 to insure.

We pay for everything — hardware, electrician, permits, inspection, ongoing maintenance, liability insurance. You contribute parking spots and electrical access. That's it.

10% of net charging revenue, deposited monthly.

No minimums. No surprises. Just a monthly check that grows as more residents charge.

More students are driving electric every year. The apartments with chargers win leasing season.

Your future residents are choosing apartments based on charging availability right now. Be ready.

About $7-10 for an overnight charge on pay-as-you-go ($0.35/kWh). With a Commuter membership, the same charge costs about $5-6. Either way, it's cheaper than a tank of gas.
Most EVs reach a full charge in 4-8 hours on our Level 2 chargers. Plug in when you get home, unplug when you leave in the morning. You'll never wait for a charge.
The app shows real-time availability. If all ports are occupied, you'll get a notification when one opens up. We also charge idle fees after your session ends to keep chargers available for everyone.
Any electric vehicle with a J1772 port — that's every EV sold in America except Tesla (which uses an adapter, usually included with the car). Chevy Bolt, Nissan Leaf, Hyundai Ioniq, Ford Mustang Mach-E, VW ID.4, and all Teslas work.
Yes. Your first session is free up to 10 kWh — that's about 30-40 miles of range. No strings, no credit card required for the free charge. We want you to try it before you commit.
Nothing. We cover everything: hardware, installation, permits, maintenance, insurance, and day-to-day operations. You provide parking spots and electrical access. In return, you get 10% of net charging revenue as a monthly royalty.
We handle all of it. If something breaks, we fix it remotely or send someone out. Your maintenance team never touches the chargers. We monitor everything 24/7 through our remote monitoring system.
Five years, then it auto-renews annually. Either side can walk away with 90 days notice. If we leave or you choose not to renew, we remove all equipment at our cost.
